Overview

Flat Carrier Idler applications include picking, sorting, feeders, and package handling. Rubber disc rolls are also available. Load ratings are the same as return rolls and are greatly reduced from that of troughing idlers because of the long shaft length and having only two bearings. Rubber Discs are used when sticky, corrosive, or abrasive materials are present. Massed end discs are standard.
