Bill Dougherty is AIRMATIC’s third-generation Chief Executive Officer, providing strategic leadership and helping guide the Company’s continued development as an industrial equipment distributor, manufacturer, and service provider. Having worked alongside both his grandfather and father, he brings a unique perspective on the principles and relationships that have shaped AIRMATIC since 1944. He works closely with his son, Billy, AIRMATIC’s fourth-generation leader, while encouraging independent decision-making and operational responsibility. His priorities include long-term planning, financial strength, organizational development, and maintaining productive relationships with customers, employees, and supplier partners. His leadership reinforces AIRMATIC’s commitment to technical expertise, dependable service, accountability, and its enduring promise: We’ll Handle It.

Jo Anna Dougherty serves as President of AIRMATIC and is the Company’s majority shareholder. A Public Accountant (PA) and IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), she brings extensive financial and business management experience to the Company’s leadership. Working with the Finance Director and outside accounting advisors, she provides oversight of financial matters, employee benefits, corporate insurance, and important administrative responsibilities. She also serves as an executive advisor to the CEO and Vice President & General Manager, contributing perspective on long-term planning, organizational decisions, and business continuity. Her commitment to financial discipline, responsible management, and employee well-being helps maintain the organizational stability and professional standards that support AIRMATIC’s continued success.

Billy Dougherty represents the fourth generation of family leadership at AIRMATIC and is responsible for directing the Company’s day-to-day operations and business development. A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Engineering, he combines technical knowledge with practical experience in industrial distribution and bulk material handling. Having worked alongside both his grandfather and father, Billy brings the Company’s longstanding business principles into today’s operating environment. He leads efforts to strengthen operational performance, expand product and service capabilities, develop supplier relationships, and improve customer support. Working closely with department leaders, he emphasizes informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and the resources necessary to deliver practical, reliable solutions.

Steve Dougherty provides financial and administrative leadership supporting AIRMATIC’s operations and long-term business stability. A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Accounting, he joined the Company in 1973 and has contributed to its development in financial management, information systems, and business administration. His responsibilities include financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, credit administration, and oversight of important business systems and internal controls. Working closely with the President, executive leadership, and outside advisors, Steve helps maintain the financial discipline and operational systems necessary to support customers, employees, and supplier partners. His focus is on dependable processes, sound financial practices, and continuous improvement in business efficiency.

Bob Braun leads AIRMATIC’s sales organization, bringing extensive experience in industrial equipment, customer service, field operations, and product management. A graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Business Management, he has served in several operating and leadership positions since joining the Company. His experience includes helping develop AIRMATIC’s WORKMASTER line of manufactured products. As Sales Director, Bob guides the Account Management Team in understanding customer applications, identifying equipment requirements, and developing practical solutions for demanding industrial operations. He emphasizes consultative selling, technical knowledge, and productive relationships with customers and manufacturer partners. His approach reflects AIRMATIC’s commitment to helping customers improve productivity, equipment reliability, and operating efficiency.

Dawn Witte directs AIRMATIC’s Customer Service and Marketing functions, coordinating two departments essential to customer relationships and business development. A graduate of Rosemont College with a degree in Business Management, she has extensive experience across customer service, commercial equipment repair administration, marketing, and departmental leadership. Dawn oversees customer support operations while directing marketing communications, product information, digital initiatives, and programs that strengthen AIRMATIC’s market presence. Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and executive leadership, she helps ensure customers receive accurate information, responsive assistance, and a consistent experience. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, professional communication, and continuous improvement in the way AIRMATIC serves its customers.

Michelle Mann manages AIRMATIC’s Customer Service Team, coordinating the daily activities that support customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-through. Since joining AIRMATIC in 2006, she has developed extensive knowledge of the Company’s products, suppliers, operating procedures, and customer requirements. Appointed Customer Service Manager in 2016, she works closely with Sales, Product Management, Purchasing, and Warehouse personnel to ensure customers receive accurate information and responsive assistance. Michelle emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability throughout the customer experience. Her leadership helps ensure that customers can depend on AIRMATIC for knowledgeable support, dependable order handling, and timely resolution of questions or concerns.

Jason Witte manages AIRMATIC’s Shop Services operations, overseeing equipment repair, rebuilding, fabrication, and the assembly of AIRMATIC’s WORKMASTER manufactured products. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology in Construction Management, Jason brings technical education and extensive hands-on experience in industrial equipment maintenance and service. His background includes field installation and maintenance of industrial bulk material handling equipment before transitioning to Shop Services at AIRMATIC’s Malvern facility in 2008. He directs shop personnel, coordinates repair and assembly activities, and maintains workmanship, quality, and service standards. Jason also provides technical assistance and training to customers and maintenance personnel. His practical expertise supports AIRMATIC’s commitment to dependable equipment repairs, quality manufactured products, and responsive technical support.
