AIRMATIC provides specialized Field Services and Shop Services to help industrial, bulk material handling, and concrete construction customers install, maintain, repair, and extend the operating life of critical equipment. Whether the work is performed at your facility or in our repair shop, our objective is the same: keep equipment operating safely, reliably, efficiently, and as designed.

Field Services – New England & Middle Atlantic States

AIRMATIC provides Field Services throughout the New England and Middle Atlantic states, including equipment and system installation, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, modification, and fabrication. Our experienced service personnel work with bulk material handling equipment and systems used to convey, store, discharge, control, and process powders and bulk solids.

Field Services can supplement your maintenance staff or provide specialized capabilities when the required labor, equipment, application knowledge, or technical expertise is not available in-house.

Shop Services – Nationwide

AIRMATIC provides Shop Repair Services to customers throughout the United States. Equipment can be sent to our repair facility for inspection, diagnosis, repair, rebuilding, testing, and return to service.

Our Shop Services specialize in the repair of rebar tiers, rebar benders and cutters; railcar gate openers; and pneumatic and electric industrial and concrete vibrators. Experienced technicians, specialized repair equipment, replacement parts, diagnostic tools, and testing procedures help restore equipment to safe, dependable operating condition.

Our Silo Cleaning teams utilize an arsenal of outside-the-bin, remotely-operated tools and equipment for the fast, safe elimination of blockage or build-up problems that cause, among many problems, a reduction of flow rates and live storage capacity. Many of our Silo Clean-Out customers also contract us to perform inspection services to plan for the regular preventative maintenance work that preclude more expensive repairs and ensure the vessel’s structural integrity.

Our Field Service teams specialize in improving the efficiency, cleanliness and safety of bulk material-handling systems. Our experienced Field Service Managers, Engineers, and Service Technicians are trained in CEMA- and Martin FOUNDATIONS™-recommended technologies that deliver both operating and maintenance savings, and in OSHA/MSHA compliance in the loading, moving and discharging of bulk solids conveyed or stored in bins and silos.

Our Shop Service team repairs pneumatic, electric and battery-operated rebar power tools, railcar gate openers, and pneumatic, electric and hydraulic industrial and concrete vibrators. Our Technicians are factory-trained by some of the world’s leading manufacturers, and therefore, we disassemble, repair/rebuild, assemble and test in accordance with the OEM’s technical and safety procedures using OEM Parts, and state-of-the-art diagnostic and test equipment.
