When it comes to isolating valves that control or regulate the flow of powders, bulk solids, slurries, and gases, you have a world of options. However, not all options are created equal, and not all are right for your operation. At AIRMATIC, we offer a broad range of valves, actuators, parts and accessories that are sure to meet your needs. You can also count on us for the expertise to help you choose the products that will suit you best.
Butterfly Valves, Pinch Valves, Double Dump Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Slide Valves, and Ball Segment Valves. We have them all in stock, along with the appropriate Actuators, parts and accessories. Let us help you improve efficiency and safety in your operation.
Butterfly valves are an excellent and economical choice for a range of materials. Choose POSI-FLATE® Inflatable Seat Butterfly Valve for powders, bulk solids, slurries, and gases or Static Seat Butterfly Valves for liquids, air, gases, slurries, solids, and more.
Ball segment valves are vacuum and pressure-tight valves that allow free-flowing cross-sections when open. They offer a compact design suitable for a range of solid materials.
Control production lines by diverting materials from one discharge point to another. Diverter Valves come in cast-iron, stainless steel, and aluminum alloy suitable for a wide range of ducts and vessels.
Double dump valves promote the flow of bulky, fibrous materials that risk clogging or damaging other valve types. They also provide an airlock between material storage and discharge point which is useful when moving between differing air pressure levels.
Pinch Valves regulate the flow of powders, granules, fibers, or liquids in conveying systems or pipelines. Ours are compact, lightweight, and low maintenance.
Pressure Relief Valves regulate excess pressure or negative pressure imbalance when filling or emptying a silo. As pressure becomes unbalanced, the Relief Valve opens to let air out of the vessel, protecting your materials and equipment from damage.
A slide valve controls the flow of materials through a rectangular cross-section. Suitable for abrasive materials, Slide Valves can be mounted on hoppers, tanks, silos, or conveyors.
As we’ve said elsewhere on this page, you’ve got a world of options when you consider valves and actuators. Maybe more than you bargained for, or are prepared to assess. If that’s the case, no worries. We at AIRMATIC are well versed in the details of all our products, including the scores in this category. That’s important because the differences are important: They can impact operating costs, maintenance, repairs, use of compressed air, degree of buildup, and much more.
