Conveyor Components Company makes quality replacement blades from 90 durometer urethane. The replacement urethane used in these belt cleaner blades is abrasion-resistant and can be used not only as wiper blades, but also as skirtboard.

Also available is the BELT-KLEEN solid rubber material, which is the standard blade material on all rubber Wiper Style Belt Cleaners. BELT-KLEEN is made of 80 durometer special compound solid rubber, abrasion-resistant, and available in 1" thick by 6" or 9" wide in rolls up to 50-feet-long.
