Overview
A.T.S. Electro-Lube multi-port distribution blocks are designed for reliable, consistent lubrication at multiple points, available with 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12 ports, making them suitable for lubricating multiple points on a single machine or several pieces of equipment from a single A.T.S. luber. These blocks work effectively when combined with auto lubricators to create a complete, self-contained multi-point lubrication system.
For multiple lubrication points, all ports in a distribution block must be used; eg, a 6-port block is required for 6 points, as plugging unused ports stops operation. For fewer points, two ports can be linked to create a single outlet port, a process that can be repeated to achieve the desired number of outlets. Standard plumbing fittings can “T” two ports together, with special port fittings also available. Note: joining two ports causes the combined port to receive twice as much grease as a standard outlet port. Extra ports can be redirected back into the luber or another container to ensure all lubrication points receive the correct amount of grease.
