Overview
Nitrogen-driven automatic lubricators employ an electro-chemical reactor cell that converts electrical energy into safe, inert nitrogen gas. The gas is trapped in a hermetically sealed bellows type of gas chamber. As the gas is produced, pressure builds in the bellows and is applied against a piston. The piston then forces the lubricant out of its holding cylinder and into the point of lubrication.
A.T.S. Electro-Lube Automatic Electronic Lube Dispensers have been manufactured for more than 30 years and set the industry standard. A.T.S. Electro-Lube lubrication devices are designed to be safe and effective in the most challenging and hazardous locations in the industrial world.
