Overview
The VIGX explosion-proof slide valves consist of two die-cast aluminum semi-bodies, a blade, a frame composed of two carbon or stainless steel side panels bolted with a rear aluminum casting and a pre-tensioned elastomer seal made of SINT composite technopolymer produced by WAM. Furthermore, these seals provide excellent material sealing and avoid the use of additional gaskets on the flanges. The blade can be operated by manual, electro-pneumatic or electro-mechanical control.
