Overview
The Monitor air pad bin aerator serves as a cost-effective solution to various material flow issues, particularly promoting the outflow of finely ground dry powders or solids prone to clinging to bin walls. Installation involves placing multiple air pads intermittently along the bin wall, where low-pressure air directed along these walls ensures a continuous, even discharge of material from the bin. The device facilitates the fluidization and flow of dry bulk powders and materials from storage vessels such as bins, silos, and hoppers, with applications encompassing a wide range of materials like cement, bentonite, gypsum, soda ash, lime, flour, carbon black, fly ash, and resins.
