The YJR model of the Yellow Jacket Piston Vibrators series by Global Manufacturing is specifically designed for railcars, featuring a wedge mount bracket that fits railcar pockets. It is 50-70% lighter than traditional railcar vibrators, making it easy to handle and lift. The internal pistons are coated with a special wear-resistant layer to prevent seizing with limited lubrication. Operating at air pressures up to 100 psi, the YJR is highly efficient, using less than 10 CFM of air. Its unique Tuff Band Exhaust Port Shields protect the exhaust ports from contaminants, ensuring long-lasting performance and reliability in harsh environments.
