We've taken the words of our twenty-sixth president to heart. Airmatic has been a long-time member of Wholesaler Distributor Industry Trade Associations and a number of Manufacturer Trade Associations of key customer segments.

• To support our key Customer base, we are a supplier member of a number of Manufacturer Trade Associations. By joining these associations, we support the collective efforts of our Customers to address the issues and problems they experience in the areas of technology, regulatory matters, employee health and safety, and the economic progress of their industries. As a member of these associations, we acknowledge and act on the fundamental business principle that our future is inextricably tied to that of our Customers. We are currently a member of: AFS (American Foundry Society); ASM (American Society for Metals); GEAPS (Grain Elevator and Processing Society); NPCA (National Precast Concrete Association); NSSGA (National Stone, Sand, and Gravel Association); PACA (Pennsylvania Aggregates and Concrete Association); the Keystone Foundrymen's Society LVFA (Lehigh Valley Foundrymen's Association); and the MTBMA (Maryland Transportation Builders & Materials Association).
• To support our Wholesaler-Distributor Industry, we are a member of: NAW (National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors); ISA (Industrial Supply Association); PTDA (Power Transmission Distributor Association); MANA (Manufacturers Agents National Association) and STAFDA (Specialty Tools & Fasteners Distributors Association). As a member of these associations, we advance AIRMATIC's ability to serve Customers by taking advantage of the resources and industry information they provide. With their help, we can better train our employees, improve the efficiency of our operation, and achieve the goals of our quality system so as to enhance our partnership with both Customers and Suppliers by being better able to anticipate their needs.
• In addition to our membership in the numerous trade associations, AIRMATIC is also a shareholder member of INDUSERV SUPPLY, the MROP arm of the TRUE-VALUE COMPANY, one of the nation's largest industrial buying co-operatives, and NET PLUS ALLIANCE, North America's largest buying group for industrial and contractor supplies distributors. As a member of these organizations, we are able to broaden our product offering to more economically satisfy our Customers sourcing requirements, while continuing to offer Customers the product knowledge, technical support, and personalized service so important to today's economy.
