Airmatic’s Service Group modifies, repairs, and rebuilds portable, stationary and truck-mounted power tools, construction/outdoor equipment, and small engines at our shop. Our service shop is a modern, well-equipped facility with automatic, labor saving cleaning and finishing equipment; pressure cleaners; sophisticated test instruments, gauges and inspection devices; specially designed repair station fixtures; and paint systems. As an authorized service and warranty repair center for over 70 of the world’s leading power tool, small engine, and construction/outdoor equipment manufacturers, our mechanics are factory-trained and certified in the repair of pneumatic, electric, cordless, hydraulic, powder-actuated, manually-operated, propane and gasoline powered tools and equipment.

Quality Control

The mechanics who work on your tools are personally responsible for them, and we continuously monitor shop procedures, and finished product performance. All repair tools and equipment are computer tracked from within three (3) hours after they’re received at our plant, until they are received back at your plant or job site. Repairs are inspected and tested in accordance with the manufacturer’s service and repair instructions, and the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Guidelines. The calibration of our shop and field test equipment is traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

Warranty

Whether we’re repairing tools and equipment under manufacturer’s warranty, under local or regional contract, or under single or blanket purchase order, the repaired product carries a warranty backed not only by the manufacturers for whom we are an authorized service center, but also by us, AIRMATIC INC, a company that’s been in the repair and rebuilding service business since 1944. The warranty is our guarantee against defects in workmanship or in the parts or materials we use in the repair.
